Caden turned 3 on November 17 - I can't believe my baby is 3 years old!!!!!!! For his birthday, we invited friends over on Friday the 14 to have a night of fall fun. Of course, when we planned the event, we had hoped for no rain! Well, the Smith luck is never great, so it turned out to be a rainy night. The rain did take a break for a couple hours during the time we held the actual party, so we were lucky enough to still have a few "fall" activities. We didn't get to play in the leaves (since they were nasty and wet), but we did get to have a hayride and make s'mores by roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Caden had a wonderful time - thank you to all our family and friends who came out to make his birthday so special!!
